GC "Titan" creates the conditions for small and medium business development
International scientific and expert forum "Chemistry for life: where the state meets business" arranged by Ministry of Industry and Trade of the RF within the exhibition HouseHold Expo took place in Moscow. MikhailSutyaginskiy – Chairman of JCS GC "Titan", took part in the work of panel session "Priority Areas for the Development of Fine Chemical Industries and Import Substitution of Household Chemical Goods".
Before the forum start, Mikhail Sutyaginskiy presented at the stand of the companythe development strategy of GC "Titan" to the delegation led by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the RF Sergey Tsyb. On the detailed layout of the production site he demonstrated all the stages of its implementation, from the project of technical re-equipment of phenol-acetone production to the output of epoxy resins and compositions based on such resins. "Eventually, we plan to create about 1000 new workplaces including high-productive. Total amount of tax revenues before 2033 will amount 44 bln rubles, where more than 37 bln rubles will go to regional budget", - told Mikhail Sutyaginskiy to the Deputy Minister.
During the speech at the plenary session, Mikhail Sutyaginskiy noted that GC "Titan" is implementing the complex project involving large, medium and low-tonnage productions:"We are focused on the production of high-margin, import-substituting products that will provide conditions for the development of small and medium business, including the segment of household chemicals", - said Mikhail.
In particular, the head of GC "Titan" focused on the promising production of isopropyl alcohol which is broadly used in household chemicals: in disinfectants and cleaning materials, perfumery products, etc. Mikhail Sutyaginskiy emphasized that the construction of new production capacities of GC "Titan" will be carried out via public and private partnership with support of Omsk region Government, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the RF and Industrial Development Fund (IDF) of the RF, which has already approved a loan of 500 mln rubles to the company.
Special attention in the report of GC "Titan" head was paid to support measures which are necessary for industrialists.He put forward several initiatives aimed at stimulating investment activities, including increasing the amount of the preferential loan from IDF for one applicant, to expand the list of technological and process activities that are directly compensable under RF Government Decree No. 41 and some others.In conclusion, Mikhail Sutyaginskiy invited all participants of the Forum to cooperate in the framework of the project implemented by GC "Titan", and said that the company is ready to enter into a long-term contracts for raw materials supply with household chemicals manufacturers.
